Training

The training phase consists of, technical, product, and process delivery to our clients to ensure that defined outcomes are learned. During the training phase, training registers are kept in compliance with National Qualifications Framework (NQF) requirements to track who has attended the training and where required, notes are taken to identify any problem areas or risks that may need to be addressed for successful implementation of the training.

Formative Assessment

Formative assessments are given to learners during and directly after the training takes place in the form of pre and post assessments and are aligned to NQF requirements. These assessments validate if the learner has taken up the development training delivered and can display the desired outcomes. For those learners that do not pass the formative assessments, the trainer will together with the client identify any problem areas or risks that may need to be addressed for successful implementation of the training.

Summative Assessment

The summative assessments take place after the training has been completed in the form of a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) using the NQF system for a minimum of 8 weeks. During this assessment, the trainer will support the learner as per the service level agreement to ensure that the training outcomes are being displayed as well as identifying any gaps that may exist so that existing gaps can be closed. During this phase, the trainer will also identify any other challenges so feedback and action plans can be determined
