Our interview technique has been developed from a combination of historical competency based questions combined with biographical interview methodologies.

Each candidate completes proprietary skills and competency evaluation tests. These tests are designed to evaluate the candidate's general skills, abilities and behavioural suitability. Specific technical skill assessments are also conducted on request comprising the use of Proficient skills assessment software, Hoech and Horn (Literacy tests), professional profiling by a well known Psychologist.
