All our bread products are baked with Eureka Mills stoneground flour that retains all the healthy wheat germ, fiber, natural oils, vitamins and enzymes, making it rich in fiber, wholesome and nutritious. The bread has no added additives, preservatives, chemicals or soya flour. Making our bread taste like bread is suppose to taste. THE NATURAL ENZYMES NATURALLY BREAKS DOWN THE GLUTEN IN YOUR BODY. THIS MAKES THE PRODUCT INTOLERENT. Eureka unbleached bread flour enables a rise for all yeast breads and gives whole-grain breads a welcome boost. Our flour has a protein content of around 11%. Use our unbleached bread flour in all your yeasted baked goods – bread, pizza and more for a strong rise. It’s perfect for bread machines recipes and when you’re making rye or other whole-grain breads that need a little help rising. Brown bread flour Eureka brown bread flour is just unbleached bread flour with a percentage of bran added. Unbleached cake flour Eureka unbleached cake flour, bakes a tender, moist cake with a high rise and medium-fine crumb. The best part, there are no unwanted chemicals or bleaches. Whole meal flour Eureka whole meal flour has all the fiber, nutrition flavor, and texture of the bran and germ in everything you bakes with it, and the perfect way to sneak good whole grains into your families diet. Rye products All of Eureka’s Rye product are 100% Rye and are not blended with wheat flour. The rye flour has a protein content of around 10% Rye flour has lower gluten content than wheat flour, and contains a higher proportion of soluble fiber, which is sometimes called roughage, is the indigestible portion of plant foods that pushes food through the digestive system, absorbing water and easing defecation. * 100% pure rye flour * Whole meal rye * Crushed rye Difference between stoneground and commercial flour: • Commercial mills uses a set of 14 rollers, and therefore is creating a lot of heat that kills some of the healthy wheat germ, fiber, natural oils, vitamins and enzymes and then they add unhealthy additives, preservatives and chemicals. • Eureka mills stoneground flour is milled from the finest wheat that is grown in the Overberg region. The wheat is 99% organically grown. And is also not genetically modified. • We only use a set of 3 rollers and a stone like in the old days. • The wheat is therefore cold- milled. • So we retain all the healthy wheat germ, fibre, natural oils and enzymes. Making it rich in fibre wholesome and nutritious. • There are also no additives, preservatives or chemicals added.
