Continuous Career Planning Model
Our client employs new and existing permanent testers or developers directly. We will then provide an initial assessment of their skills to provide a training requirements model through career planning according to our client's strategic needs. Thereafter we will deliver the required training at specific periods with feedback to our client's management and individuals. This enables in-house capacity and capability building in the client's domain at the start of the engagement initiative.
Managed Co-Sourcing Model
iThink Technology Solution employs new testers or developers at entry skills levels and provides them with training, onsite mentoring and work management over a period of 1-2 years whereby they will be outsourced to work as contractors at our client's offices. After the 1-2 year(s) managed co-sourcing model, our client will be able to select candidates to employ permanently without placement fees. This model removes our client's risk to employ staff members permanently in the initial phases and only employ the required capacity and capable staff members after they have proven their work performances.
Ongoing Mentorship Model
