The garden design process starts with a discussion to establish your likes and dislikes, and to determine the scope of the project and your envisaged budget. Based on this discussion, we will establish a design fee.
Before we start any work, we will undertake a comprehensive site survey. We will develop a site plan which shows the boundaries, buildings, existing features and levels.
The garden plan serves as a discussion document with which we can present our ideas, accompanied by supporting visuals to give you an idea of what the garden will look like. Having a documented plan makes it possible to discuss changes and additions.
Once we have agreed on the changes, we will create a final ground plan, which is the document we use to cost, set out and build the garden. The location and spacing of all the plants will be shown on the plan. A separate schedule will list the plant names, sizes and quantities. This schedule will be used to cost, order and set out the plants.
We are a fully-fledged garden design and implementation company, and we will allocate a project manager and the necessary resources to complete the project quickly and with a minimum of disruption.
