Corporate Governance Body of Knowledge® (BoK) (Web-based application)

The Corporate Governance Body of Knowledge® is your first port of call on issues relating to Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) related matters.

The web-based Body of Knowledge (BoK) content is compiled by a team of highly trained management consultants guided by the executive directors of CGF who, as principals, have considerable experience in GRC disciplines, spanning numerous industry sectors. The quality of the GRC research and reports satisfies the stringent criteria imposed by the Proudly South African Campaign, namely that:

  • CGF's products and services must satisfy stringent quality standards;
  • CGF is committed to fair labour and employment practices;
  • CGF is committed to sound environmental standards, and
  • CGF is supporting the local economy.

Whilst many of our researched governance reports is endorsed by the Institute of Directors in South Africa, CGF has, and continues to make use of subject matter experts to further assist in the peer reviewing of our reports to ensure the material integrity and accuracy of the reports themselves.

The reports carry the endorsements of the Global Business School of Entrepreneurs (GBSE), the Association of SADC Chambers of Commerce & Industry and the British Chamber of Business in Southern Africa.

The web-based system allows clients to use and conduct on-line governance searches across the CGF Body of Knowledge®, Acronyms, Library, Adverts, Quotes, Governance Newsletters, Executive Summaries and much more.  The system allows the user to enjoy the benefits of adapting PowerPoint governance reports for board and executive meetings, strategy sessions, management reports, risk assessments, etcetera.

Sharing the CGF Body of Knowledge® across all levels of the enterprise is made simple, thereby allowing more employees to take responsibility for governance, risk and compliance related matters.
