We offer consulting services, by means of which we assist in a fundamental
understanding of the BEE Codes of Good Practice or relevant Sector Charter. We
thoroughly assess the current position of the client, and discuss various scenarios
that could improve or maintain a BEE Level.
DRAFTING OF BEE STRATEGIES:
We will draft an individualised BEE strategy for you, as the client, giving an
understanding of what the various goals and targets are for the measurement
year. This product is specifically designed for businesses that have a basic
understanding of what BEE entails, but need a working document to be used and
implemented within means and deadlines. We will tell you what to do, and how to
do it and when to do it.
COMPILING INFORMATION FOR VERIFICATION:
We will allocate a consultant to you to assist with the compilation of BEE
information for verification purposes, in order to have your BEE certificate
issued. We can assist in referring the client to an accredited verification agency
(SANAS or IRBA), if the client does not have a specific agent in mind. All
information will be formally assessed, and compiled according to verification
standards, and if required, submitted to the verification agency of choice.
PRELIMINARY SCORECARD PREPARATION:
We will peruse and assess all the information you have ready or in mind, to be
assessed by the verification agency, and prepare a preliminary scorecard. Due
to the sensitivity of this service and grey-areas in the Codes of Good
Practice, this service is rendered to clients who use the verification agency
of Ponteac BEE Consultants' choice. A
very precise indication can be given only when this is done.
DOCUMENT PERUSAL:Document perusal is an important service offered
by Ponteac BEE Consultants. We
physically assess from a BEE stance and view, whether the documents you have in
your possession will meet the requirements of the Codes of Good Practice or relevant
Sector Charter. These documents range from a Trust Document to Enterprise
Development Agreements, etcetera. We will ensure that you do not get a surprise
from the elected verification agency stating that the documents have not met
the various requirements of the Codes or Sector Charter.
