MOS Services

With years of experience in the electronics industry, MOS designs integrated systems from concept to final product. Our main strength is the integration of analog and digital functions in one integrated circuit.

MOS offers ASIC customers a complete range of services from concept to series production of qualified products. Depending on customer requirements, the following entry points into design and manufacturing can be chosen from.

Concept

The customer approaches us with an idea for a design. From this idea, a specification is drawn up, the design process begins and ultimately leads to the silicon implementation.

Specification

The customer approaches us with a specification and the design is done according to the specification.

Netlist

The customer has a design implemented on a field programmable gate array (FPGA) or a netlist in hardware description language (VHDL).

2010 - The E931.07 is a low power controller for passive infrared applications and operates in conjunction with a conventional PIR detector. The new device combines features from both the M2000C and M2008A devices and is packaged in a SOIC 20 pin package. The signal from the detector is converted to a digital signal and evaluated for motion detection. 2006 - Engineering samples of the E910.84 PIR controller are available for evaluation.

2004 - The M2012A PIR signal processor interfaces between a standard Passive Infra-red Sensor and a micro controller. May 1st, 2006 - The M2011B is now been produced and shipped from ELMOS Semiconductor AG in Dortmund, Germany. The M2006C integrated circuit was renamed to E910.92 to comply with the ELMOS chip numbering system. These tools are available at a fraction of the cost of conventional workstation based design suites.
