The FuelMatic is a fully automated, continuous production system capable of producing up to 20,000 litres per day, that is 480 000 litres per month, 57.6 million litres per year of the highest quality biodiesel.
The PLC controlled system monitors the throughput ensuring that downtime is minimised therefore maximising the production.

The FuelMatic™ is the world's leading fully automated, modular biodiesel production plant. Using an intuitive touch screen control panel, minimal operator input is required to produce a continuous flow of EN14214/ASTM quality biodiesel.
The FuelMatic™ is factory built and is delivered in a sea container as a turnkey system on skids. The plant operator therefore has just one vendor, Green Fuels, providing their biodiesel processing equipment. Site inspection (prior to delivery), connection to facility (at delivery), and start-up (commissioning run) of the FuelMatic™ are included in the sales price. The FuelMatic™ can be installed in a new or existing building. Given its compact and modular design, the FuelMatic™ can be re-located if necessary.
The plant incorporates dual core processing units, our patented separation technology and the industry standard purification system using Rohm & Haas Amberlite™ BD10Dry™. It is even possible to assemble the skids within a modified 40-foot high top ISO container. Given its compact in size, it is easy to relocate the whole module, if required.
The front end pre-processing of high FFA oils, avoiding any loss of yield, can be achieved a pre-treatment module. For on-farm vertically integrated installations we are able to offer seed and oil processing equipment via our commercial partners.
The system requires no water as the final purification is done using Amberlite™ BD10 Dry™ resin by Dow Chemical.
