Land Bank is and remain a key financial player in the agricultural sector. It is holly-owned by the South African Goverment. The Bank provides retail as well as wholesale finance to development and commercial farmers, (individuals and business entities). It is the sole shareholder of the Land Bank Insurance Company (LBIC), which provide insurance products to the bank's clients.
