1.  We have been the chosen company to provide Protocol training for the and also for the Spousal Office - ’s 3 First Ladies (Mrs Zuma’s) in 2009.  

2.  Our curriculum has been developed over twelve years by our consultant experts and has been accredited with the Public Services Sector Education & Training Authority (PSETA)  We have consultants in and and provide training in the nine provinces and neighboring countries.

3.  We work very close with our Department of International Relations Training Institute.  They refer Government departments to us for training and they have also attended our international course presented in  September 2009.

4.  We are not only training Protocol as a subject but we are also operational in the field and work with our leadership and offer our protocol expertise at International events and conferences.

5.  Our expertise is acknowledged nationally and therefore ,our director, Ms van Heerden has been invited on several occasions by Etv newschannel as subject expert on Protocol as studio guest e.g. at the Presidential inauguration (Pres Zuma – 2009) and also on status of First Ladies.

6.   Our expert consultants are invited to interviewing panels when appointing Protocol Officers in senior positions such as for The Fifa World Cup 2010. 


7.  We work in association with the of Protocol and with the Protocol and Diplomatic Institute of America (PDI-POA).  We are also accredited as members of the PDI-POA body internationally.  We have offered our advanced Protocol students the opportunity to obtain an international qualification from the of Protocol by inviting Ms Dusha Vidanovich to for training sessions in 2007 and 2009.
