The ECS is also a very valuable resource to assist with the research and development of your IT strategy, budget and services roadmap and in most cases we use the Microsoft Infrastructure Optimization (IO) and Business Process Infrastructure Optimization (BPIO) as a referenced offering for many of our current customers.
The IO assessment process provides functional input into a technology roadmap for implementing IT capabilities. ECOTECH Converge does use the IO model and maturity process to measure its own services and to use as input into IT planning processes. Through the consulting expertise of the ECS, we assist our customers in ensuring that the most cost effective strategy is developed for the entire lifecycle of the desktop and mobility devices. Disaster Recovery Planning and Facilitation
Having access to the ECOTECH Converge Hosting facility provides us with cost effective solutions for IT disaster recovery and business continuity. In partnership with the ECS, we develop and maintain a DRP for our customers and through virtualization and consolidation a cost effective alternative will be architected and tested.
