Whether you want a casual theme or something more sophisticated, Casa Toscana’s Rubica venue is the obvious choice. The décor and ambiance of this facility has been designed to cater for any need.
Our Chapel is situated at the Mezzanine level of the facility and easy access from outside and inside is available. As you enter the Hall from the Chapel through double doors, your breath will be taken away by the sheer beauty of the double volume Function Hall that is open to view with rounded stairs leading to the bottom. As the guests are seated the Bridal Couple make their entrance down the Stairs, making this a breathtaking show stopping moment. Our Restrooms are spacious and luxurious and disability access is available to the lower level.
This vast Tuscan design venue is further equipped with a Traditional Underground Wine Cellar housing more than 1500 wines. Our Wine List has been designed by our two In-house Wine Stewards and they will proudly do Food and Wine matching when you plan your menu, bringing elegance, quality and style to the party.
Your in-house function or wedding co-ordinator will take the stress out of planning your event, and will plan your function to the finest detail and with the utmost care.
Casa Toscana is situated in Lynnwood Manor just off Lynnwood Road on the way to the CSIR on the corner of Meiring Naude and Darlington Road, making it an ideal venue in that we are centrally situated but still private. Once you enter our gates, you will completely forget that you are in a city.
With a Maximum capacity of 200 guests without a dance floor or 160 guests with a dance floor we can cater for just about any function, big or small.
