We have designed 16 various packages as a Preventative Maintenance Schedules to enable the optimum running of your IT infrastructure through a combination of callouts, remote and telephonic support.
The benefit of this type of package is that your organisaton is guaranteed at least a monhtly visit (at Frequency’s discretion or mutual agreement with the cilent) by one of our technical engineers to maintain your IT infrastructure.
In general the Managed Services Agreement is designed to keep your software and PC’s at a a required level as specified by Microsoft and various other hardware/software manufacturers which will reduce your overall costs. Frequency Networks believes in being “ProActive” as opposed to “ReActive” in support of our clients ITC infrastructure. Logic dictates maintainance is far cheaper than repair.
All our Managed Services Agreements are payable Monthly in Advance and are based on a Calendar Month. Further hours or expanded agreements can be negotiated on request. Support above and beyond the agreement will be billable as indicated in our pricing matrix.
