SUNDE Partner Won A Government Bid to Provide Management Solution for 46 Schools in Zambia

The Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority has made a provision for the cost of implementing the Connecting Learning Institutions Project. The Authority invited sealed bids from prospective Bidders for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a Thin Client Classroom Management Solution for 150 selected basic and high schools in Zambia. The tender is packaged in Lots as follows: Lot No. Provinces No. of Schools 1 Southern, North Western and Western 52 2 Luapula, Copperbelt and Central 46 3 Eastern, Lusaka, Muchinga, and Northern 52 SUNDE boosts its Zambia partner to win the bid to supply, deliver and install a 20 + 1 (i.e. 20 pupils + 1 teacher) user computer solution with SUNDE Zero Clients for each school. Totally 920 SUNDE wireless H4 Zero Clients are deployed in the labs of 46 schools in the provinces of Luapula, Copperbelt and Central. SUNDE H4 Zero Clients/ Ultra Thin Clients have no processor, no storage, no memory and no operating system.
