We assist in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all duties pertaining to the administration of Sectional Title Bodies Corporate and Home Owners Associations.
We assist and advise the Trustees on the enforcement of the rules adopted by the Body Corporate, We assist and advise on all insurance claims and policies and other day-to-day administrative functions. We distribute correspondence as and when requested by the trustees.
We arrange Annual General Meetings and take the Minutes. We administer the save keeping of all legal documents as required by law. Assist and advise the Trustees on procedural matters such as General Meetings, Special General Meetings, quorums, proxies, resolutions, voting rights, etc. Our Portfolio Managers attend all Trustee Meetings unless otherwise requested or stipulated in the contract.
We operate all bank accounts including Trust accounts in terms of Section 32 of the Estate Agency affairs Act 112 of 1976, as amended. We are responsible to collect, accept payment of levies and any other income due to the Body Corporate or Home Owners Associations as advised by the Trustees or Directors.
We are registered as Debt Collectors (0028352/08) and collect arrear levies in accordance with the Debt Collectors Act, 1998 (Act no 114 of 1998) and the prescribed credit policy as approved at Annual General Meetings.
MAINTENANCE OF COMMON PROPERTY (BODIES CORPORATE)
We advise and assist Trustees with obtaining quotations on relevant maintenance on common property. When assistance is required with any communal maintenance, our offices can be contacted for assistance. Ensure that you receive a call log number.
