These sensors work on a thermal measuring principle, which means that NO additional pressure and temperature measurement is necessary, and also NO mechanically moving parts to fail or wear out. VERY low flow rates can be measured (< 0.06 m/s), as well as very HIGH rates (<200 m/s).
