Group Fitness Training

Our group fitness classes consist of a warmup, some strength or skill training and a Workout of the Day scaled to an appropriate intensity level to match your current fitness level. Stretching and mobility work concludes the session.
Instruction is step by step, with movements carefully introduced and demonstrated. Our trained coaches constantly monitor your exercise form, correcting it as and when necessary to ensure maximum benefit with the least risk.
Classes last for an hour and we expect you to be on time!
