SMAA Sport Conditioning A SMAA strength and conditioning exercise programs are designed on sport specific requirements to improve performance in athletic competition. Our programs also help athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sports performances In general, most strength and conditioning programs develop exercise plans that specifically modulate aerobic, resistance, and/or flexibility training to suit the metabolic and physical demands of the sport in question.
