1. What size moulds can you build?
We are capable of building moulds up to 2m in length and to a maximum weight of 10 tons.
2. Do you build hot runner moulds?
Yes, we build hot runner moulds and are familiar with various types of systems, such as DME, Yudo, Thermoplay, etc. We can also custom make our own system to suit your design.
3. What size and weight product can you injection mould?
We can mould a 2m X 1.5m product with a 14kg shot weight.
4. What CAD files can Plastic Ideas accept?
With our CAD systems we can accept several different types of files: IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, Parasolids, Solidworks, Catia and more.
