Our recruiters will conduct pre-screening techniques so as to ensure you are only seeing the top caliber candidates from our database. A comprehensive interview is conducted with each candidate (telephonic or face-to-face). We manage the candidate’s salary expectations, career goals, competition analysis and develop a clear understanding of whether the candidate will fit the culture of your organisation.
Accurate short listing:
We will ensure that only the correctly matched candidates (qualifications, experience, culture and salary expectations) will be sent to the client, thereby limiting “CV overloading”.
Full background screening will be conducted on each prospective candidate. References and employment checks will be done on each candidate before a CV reaches the clients desk. Further checks will be done on shortlisted candidates (Criminal, Qualification and Credit checks).
