Yoga Beginners Classes

These classes are for anyone who wants to start doing yoga. No fitness or flexibility is needed. Come learn the skill of finding relaxion in your own body. For anyone with the aim to improve their own wellbeing and health. The pace of these classes are slower although we still follow a basic hatha flow yoga format where breath and movement is synchronised. You will be talked through the postures and hands on adjustments will be made to your postures and alignment. Expect some interruption and learn from the corrections of those around you as well. Any questions will be addressed and the sun salutation will be demonstrated. Come find the yogi within. A sense of humor will help and you are welcome to fall, apart, fall over and eventually you find it will all come together. Yoga should be fun. Come join us!
