After working with hundreds of clients and going through my own personal struggles with confidence, I have created 21 individual steps you can take to build your confidence one day at a time.
The program includes 21 emails over 21 days. Each day we look at a new way to understand your beliefs, uncover limiting assumptions, and apply practical ways to boost your confidence. The emails will introduce you to new concepts and support these ideas with coaching actions.
