Sensitivity training for large client as to practical challenges faced by people with disabilities in the workplace. This includes aspects such as etiquette, and useful knowledge. We also offer a facility whereby once a candidate is placed, an orientation session is held between the client and the candidate, for the purposes of clearer cohesion.
Jobseekers workshops are conducted on a fortnightly basis, and give candidates the opportunity to gain insightful knowledge as to all aspects of looking for work. This includes, but is not limited to, CV writing tips, interview questions, practical solutions to responding to a job advert, and telephone etiquette
Access audits are done on an ad hoc basis, and involve CapAbility Careers entering a client's company, and giving practical solutions as to how to make a jobseeker with a disabilities' work environment more accessible to them. Practical solutions are also offered in this regard as well
