Our job profiling tool is an online-based job analysis tool that can generate a report on the competency requirements of a particular job. In recruiting, the report generated from the cognitive assessment tool and the report from the job profiling tool can be compared to generate a person-job matching report which reflects the match between a person’s psychological attributes and the competency requirements of the position. Strength and development areas are indicated to optimise placement and development initiatives.
