The Yoga style I teach is Hatha, which is the basic physical side of Yoga that you find in every other yogic style.
I offer a type of yoga:
- Restorative Yoga (more relaxing, less movement, more opening for joints)
- Hatha Yoga (more physical based yoga for weight loss, strength, flexibility, Stress Relief)
- Easy Relaxing Flow ( less strenuous and more gentle movement for beginners)
This includes Yoga for Elders, Yoga for Runners, Gentle and Light Intensity Yoga, Challenging Yoga for Toning etc.
