 Remember that your development is not completed unless the neccesary documents have been obtained. Approvals from Government Sector and Certificates of Compliance to the Environmental Management Plan(s), Health and Safety specifications, Building regulations and Electrical certificates of compliance (CoC). COCs are required when constructing a new electrical installation OR when adding to an electrical installation, such as fitting new power points.  Rememver to keep your CoC and other approvals in a safe place as a record of the work done on your property. It is an important document and may be required for insurance claims or when you are selling your home, and increase the value of your property.
