Contract to Perm
This option is a safe, cost-effective way to evaluate a candidate's performance and fit before making a hiring commitment. The candidate is placed on a contract with the client, or remains on Manpower’s payroll for an agreed-upon period of time. The client maintains the option to employ the employee on a permanent basis on completion of the contract.

Whether clients have special projects requiring expertise beyond their core competencies, such as a planned maintenance shutdowns, IT systems conversions or telemarketing campaigns, Manpower gives clients the flexibility in proactively managing their requirements in order for the clients to stay focused on their day-to-day responsibilities. Manpower assumes all employer liabilities and expenses. Hourly rates, which vary according to position, typically include all employee wages, payroll and unemployment taxes, workers' compensation and skills development levies, leave and holiday provisions, and fringe benefits.
