accounts administration: You provide us with patient information and
billing instructions and we submit the account to the guarantor. We
provide reports and practice statistics.
EBMAA renders a
cost effective service and you can manage your overhead expenses with
our fee structure that is directly related to your income. You do not
need to employ accounts staff and therefore avoid the accompanying
responsibilities such as: contracts, labour disputes, absenteeism,
statutory requirements, motivation and training.
Our infrastructure is state-of-the-art.
Our staff have a high level of computer literacy; we manage upgrades,
computer maintenance, back-ups, data imports and integrity. The software
that we use is customised according to our specifications. Our
operational work structures, policies, procedures and training manuals
are in place and our staff is goal orientated and target driven. EBMAA has a low bad debt rate. Credit Card facilities are available.
Our fee is calculated as a percentage of
the payments processed. The client is liable for the monthly software
license fee. We carry costs such as: salaries, postage, telephone calls,
office rental, stationery, printing and electronic submissions. EBMAA is registered for VAT.
