BoxingFit encompasses a variety of exercise disciplines, that we as BoxingFit trainers incorporate in our training sessions. We are qualified and capable of teaching the sweet science of boxing for those who are interested in White-Collar boxing. The training will teach you a skill plus get you super fit. If white-collar boxing is not your cup of tea and you are more interested in just being fit and healthy we use boxing type of exercises, such as punching focus mitts, skipping etc. in addition to circuit type training.
Otherwise if you are only interested in conventional fitness training methods we are more than capable of using those methods instead. Our sessions are intense. At the same time we build your strength from the inside out as in, work on your core fitness.Thus we ensure that you have a strong foundation, which gives you a platform to build your functional strength and therefore you are then better equipped to cope with the everyday physical stresses of life.
