Mixed martial arts (MMA) at Thai Fitness in Centurion allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts. In a sport where what works and what doesn't changes by the month, a fighter's trainer and coaching are vital aspects to making him/her successful. - INTRODUCING COACH ASHLEY CALVERT With EFC Africa and World Wide competitor Ashley Calvert, Thai Fitness now offers a world class Mixed Martial Arts program. Ashley Calvert has several years’ worth of experience and has trained with some of the best trainers the sport has to offer! Ashley has also competed at EFC and is still actively competing. Ashley also boasts experience in basic boxing, mauy thai, bjj, basic wrestling/dirty boxing all combining it into the mixed martial art form. Having quality coaching is often the difference between talented fighters becoming high-level fighters or local promotion washouts. While Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) was initially practiced almost exclusively by competitive fighters, this is no longer the case. As the sport has become more mainstream and more widely taught, it has become accessible to wider range of practitioners of all ages and skill levels (Beginner, intermediate and advance).

Since then Men and Women from all ages have joined this class in order to enhance/retain their respective figure’s or just to get back in shape. The latest Functional fitness techniques are incorporated for this purpose!


Muaythai-Air: Get the body you want!!

Our Muaythai-Air program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of Muaythai with exhilarating Aerobic exercise dance moves. This is not all; to further enhance flexibility we also use some of the latest Pilates inspired core exercises.



We teach authentic Muaythai with basic and advanced techniques. This class will provide students with the tools they need for the ring, including the complete conditioning of a fighter, even though you may never compete.
