Boot camp classes is similar to personal training, the difference is just that boot camp is in groups and therefore we can't always focus on your specific needs, but we still help you achieve your goals. 

Boot camp will improve your fitness, strength, stability, core and general fitness health. 
Boot camp classes is 60 minutes, and we do cardio, core and strength training during the hour.
