control to your firm's BlackBerry communications. It seamlessly
converts, imports and archives BlackBerry messages, preserving
them alongside all other archived message types in Global Relay
BlackBerry messaging types supported by Global Relay Archive include:

Global Relay also provides BlackBerry message conversion
capabilities with external delivery, for customers with in-house
archiving systems wishing to capture BlackBerry messages. This
external delivery is available for customer by FTPS download or
SMTP delivery via VPN/TLS/SSL.
How do I get started?
Complete and return by fax Global Relay's "Direction and Authorization for BlackBerry Download and Archiving" form. Global Relay will then provision Global Relay Archive for BlackBerry and notify your company of the implementation date.
How does BlackBerry Message File Transfer work?
Global Relay Archive for BlackBerry is a hosted service which downloads via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) all PIN, SMS &Phone logs from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
SFTP is generally referred to as a "pull technology" as it logs onto and downloads the messages from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Where can I view my Archived BlackBerry Messages?
To view the BlackBerry Messages in the Global Relay Archive, choose "BlackBerry" from the Folder list on the main Search page. Once you conduct a search, you will see BlackBerry Messages on the Results page.
Is Global Relay able to archive our old BlackBerry Messages?
Global Relay is also able to transfer and archive legacy BlackBerry messages where customers with BlackBerry Enterprise Servers currently utilize message logging for record retention purposes.
