Transaction volumes of the online rates clearance solution, RatesClearance.com, continue to break records and it has now been implemented at twelve municipalities nationally.

Tables of Costs - GhostDigest

Korbitec's popularTables of Costs for Conveyancing booklet, compiled in association with conveyancing attorney Paul Kloppers and the law firm Jan S de Villiers, has been rendered into two Portable Document Format documents. In terms of Government Gazette No. 33413 Notice No. R.659, a new Schedule of Fees of Office as prescribed by regulations 84 and 86 will come into operation next month.

Greg Kukard reports that clearance certificate delays in Johannesburg has led to a number of urgent and successful High Court applications.
