Celebration of Life Services

It

is

about the small details. Every service should be as unique as the departed loved one. Our directors discuss personalization in detail with each individual family. All of our services become a Celebration of Life Service.

Types of Services include:

Traditional

- Religious, day or night service with or without visitation.

Non-Traditional

- Family or friend participation in the service of remembrance with or without visitation.

?

Immediate Burial

— No services except graveside (optional).

?

Graveside Service

— Family and friends gathering at cemetery without formal church or chapel service.

?

Memorial Service

- With or without deceased present. Visitation optional.

?

Cremation

— Full service (traditional, non-traditional, graveside).

?

Direct Cremation

— No service.

?

Immediate Burial

- As soon as arrangements can be made (with or without graveside service).

?

Military Service

- Graveside service is standard, but other arrangements can be made.


Information Needed at Time of Arrangement

? Full name at birth (including nicknames).

? Age, date of birth, birthplace, and address

? Social Security Number

? Name of Father and Mother's maiden name

? Permission to embalm


Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

? Photo for newspaper (optional)

? Clothing (shoes optional)

? Military papers (form DD214)

? Have pre-arrangements been made?

? Is assistance needed in notifying minster, family, friends, or others?

? Telephone number(s) of person(s) handling arrangement and best time to call.

? Appropriate time and date for arrangements.

? Cemetery and location. Contact person for opening and closing grave (phone number if known).
