TrenTyre is a leading service provider of this essential service through a national branch network of over 90 TrenTyre branches throughout Southern Africa.
In order to minimise downtime during on-road breakdowns, TrenTyre will channel all breakdowns through the TrenTyre 24/7 Call Centre, not only will the TrenTyre branches network be used to services these breakdowns we also make use of 3rd Party service providers nationally.
All calls must be logged with the Call Centre on 0860WHEELS (943357)
• to ensure quality of service issues which are followed up, complete with recorded transaction information.
◦No specific response time can be agreed due to logistical constraints, however a general guideline response time is estimated at 2 hours organizing time + 90 minutes per 100 kilometers.
◦Detail breakdown report can be provided on request within 36 hours.
