We have developed the high strength RS screen to aid the elimination of all solid particles, either when pumped from the well or from a sedimentation pipe.
This unique screen is the result of the wealth of experience and expertise we have gained from working with our customers.
Special, unique tooling is deployed with high tech machinery to weld the wire and rods at the same time.
Selecting the right choice of screen has a significant impact on operating costs.
The table below is just a sample and many other dimensions are available.
|O.D. Screen (mm) ||Slot Opening Mini (µ) ||STD Construction Wire / Rod ||STD Length (m) |
|150/102 ||180/122 ||220/202 ||224/252 |

As standard, 304 stainless steel is used in the manufacture of the jacket, and J55 or K55 for the pipe base.
The standard external screen open area is 21%, although other percentage open areas are available.
