Vision Remuneration Manager provides full integration with the Human Resource Management System, eliminating the need for duplicate data capture. Financial information is immediately available to the Financial Manager who needs up-to-date information regarding actual pay, budgets, increases, forecasts and statistics.

Each and every date-related piece of information is stored within its time-frame. It is therefore possible to recreate scenarios as at a particular date, to examine the impact of future changes to rates / tables and input changes ahead of time.

Sophisticated calculations and macros may be defined by the user. Each component of the employee's package may be linked to a calculation. There is no restriction on the number of allowances, deductions, company contributions or sub-totals that may be defined per employee. Packages may be set up to operate "top-down", "bottom-up" or "ripple" e.g. input Basic Salary and calculate Cost to Company or vice versa.

The query and report writer is powerful and easy to use and being Windows technology, provides a GUI interface so that users can see exactly what the report looks like as they make modifications.
Easy linking to spreadsheets / other software e.g. Financial Packages The system interfaces to any third-party software. The interface files are simple to set up and use.

All pay slips paid to employees are available for on-screen viewing at any point.

Because of the on-screen recalculation facility, retrospective salary increases are easy to administer.

Any number of interim (ad-hoc) pay runs may be defined and run between official pay runs. Examples of these are adjustments, leave pay, bonuses etc.

Loans, housing, garnishees, medical aid, pensions, company car, memberships, parking bays and awards can be included as Payroll entries each month. These may be once off or recurring entries. The system has the flexibility to adjust the payments on a monthly basis.

On screen views are available to quickly highlight any differences from one payroll period to the next.

The system provides full electronic interfaces in accordance with the SARS requirements. We also provide all the necessary validation reports, to enable you to ensure your data is accurate and complete.

Multiple companies can be set up on the Vision Payroll and security can be set to limit access to information as required.

There are no restrictions to the number of cost components that one can set up. Any item can be based on any other item in the package or in the system.

These can be set up ahead of time and will have an "effective" date to indicate at which date the Table is applicable. All lookup tables and calculations are based on an effective date allowing future amendments to be captured ahead of time. These automatically take effect on the effective date.
