Mountain States Home Care is committed to providing quality home care services. Acting as an extension of your physician's practice, we provide comprehensive, professional care.

One call can provide all your home care needs. Home care patients' medical treatment, safety and satisfaction are very important to us.  We are dedicated to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our patients and all who come in contact with our agency.  The MISSION of MSHA is to bring loving care to health care and support our patients in reaching their highest level of wellness.

"Home care" or "Home health" refers to a wide variety of services provided in the home setting.  An individual may not need hospital care or nursing home care, but may require assistance  with their day-to-day health and personal needs.  In some cases, assistance or care is needed for a new condition or to manage a disease.

Home health care allows patients to remain in the home while receiving medical care.

Home care may:

  • Shorten or prevent hospital stays
  • Eliminate the need for nursing home stays
  • Assist in the management of illness or injury

Our agencies are in compliance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, lifestyle, sexual orientation, veteran status, national origin, age or disability with regard to admission, access to treatment or employment.
