What we do is play the role of a Solutions Architect, but with a broader focus. We interrogate both your systems flows, and your people, to come up with the best use of both within your overall business strategy. A better use of your systems and people lead to shorter work cycles; shorter work cycles leads to increased productivity; increased productivity means less expense in terms of time and manpower, which all impacts your bottom-line...but we don't need to be telling you this.
