Goodinteraction and leadership skills a must; needs to be able to conduct on thejob training to the staff below them. Attention to costs and qualitycontrol are of high priority.
The chefwill report to F&B manager and will need to be able to handle largeconference quantities: buffet style breakfasts and dinners as well as a lacarte meals.
Idealposition for a strong sous chef, with stable work experience, who wants to moveforward in their career.
