At the heart of all Contract Communicator products is a common approach to risk. Reduce dependence on individuals and their level of ability. Gain instant & secure access to records – anywhere. Adhere to claims processes, avoid time bars.

Contract administration and control systems for NEC contracts

The contractor uses CCOM-N Solo to help him administrate compensation events, he does not submit quotations or receive determinations from the project manager through the system, instead he refers to the system to find out what to do and by when and updates the system with his or the project manager’s actions as they are performed. NEC3 ECC – Options A-F, NEC3 PSC, NEC3 ECS, NEC3 ECSS, NEC3 ECSC, NEC3 TSC, NEC3 TSSC.

Contract administration and control systems for FIDIC contracts

The system guides the contractor through the claim process, reminding him by e-mail/SMS when action is required, the contractor takes appropriate action and updates the system whenever the engineer responds. Civil Engineering Conditions 1987/1992, FIDIC Construction Contract 1999, FIDIC Plant and Design-Build 1999, FIDIC EPC Turnkey 1999. The contractor uses CCOM-F Solo to help him correctly substantiate and administrate contractual claims.

Risk Register

The risk register is designed to request relevant information from the project team at the correct time. In Contract Communicator a “risk” is a potential source of delay or unforeseen expense. Inclement weather, delays in receiving information, etc.
