Understanding network availability requirements, Ceragon provides immediate, around-the-clock support through its 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year Emergency Support Center. Customers are assisted until problems are solved to their satisfaction.
Most service requests to the Help Desk or Emergency Support Center are solved by remote assistance. For those issues that cannot be resolved remotely, on-site support, provided by certified and experienced technical support specialists, is available. In addition to technical support, Ceragon offers on-site support for site surveys, site acceptance tests, installation and commissioning, network deployment supervision, integration tests and NMS implementation.
In an ongoing effort to enhance its products, Ceragon periodically releases updates for all its system components, which include upgrades and bug fixes. Along with the new releases, Ceragon issues related documentation.
Hardware Repair Service
Ceragon operates centers for the repair/replacement of faulty products. In case of suspected flaws, customers should contact Ceragon’s Help Desk
