Emmanuel Anesu Kere has been appointed as Executive Director: Africa at Bigen Africa, an Infrastructure Development firm specialising in engineering, asset and revenue management and development finance. Emmanuel joins the company from the Development Bank of Southern Africa, where he was Programme Manager: International Finance for Angola, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
