  • The Abattoir Management System is made up of a number of independent yet integrated modules confined to the slaughter process.
  • Within the Abattoir Management System (AMS) it is possible to identify the supplier, date of slaughter, all relevant classification details, grading information, by-products and sale information of any animal that has been captured into the system.
  • The software modules handle data input of the entire process starting with the transportation and delivery of livestock at the abattoir and ending with the dispatch of the carcasses and carcass cuts.
  • Should the abattoir also have a de-boning or meat processing facility, then Beuthin Systems can supply a Product Handling System for process control of the value-adding cycle of the process until dispatch of the final product.
