The firm was founded by Charl van Bruggen, previously a partner and the head of the Conveyancing Department at a large West Rand lawfirm. Coming from Centurion and knowing the area, the establishment of a boutique law firm was a logical development.

Prior to going into private practice Charl was the Head of Land Use Management at the Northern Metropolitan Council (City of Johannesburg), specialising in all aspects of property development.

The firm was established with the view of providing a personal touch to the legal field, which when you make your biggest investment can be a daunting endevour.

It offers a broad spectrum of legal expertize in all fields of law related to Property. Specialist fields include Development Law and Conveyancing of new developments. Yet the emphasis is on personal attention and attention to detail in every transaction.
