What is Rapporteuring?
Rapporteuring (scribing) is the activity of taking down the proceedings of an event and formulating a report. It is an accurate and readable record that captures the event. Rapporteuring is neutral and captures the depth of the discussions. The statement of intent is an agreement of understanding or resolutions of the event.
We scribe for local and international conferences, roundtable and panel discussions, dialogues and document workshops. We are proudly professional, efficient, accurate and punctual. We provide a good turn around time discussed in advance with event hosts for delivery of the report. We work very well with the event hosts and event organizers and have experience in guidance with the statement of intent for the event where needed. We have already scribed for more than 15 events.
What is a Transcriptionist?
A very basic definition of transcription is the taking of data in one format and transferring it to another. In many cases, the audio dictation is captured digitally, or with an audiotape, and transferred to either a paper or electronic document.
