Gustine Development Investment cc was born out of keenness and dedication in construction. The close corporation was registered on the 11 of May 2004. The corporation started out handling small projects. Through the years, Gustine Development Investment has grown its capacity and now handles a wide range of commercial, industrial and tenant improvement construction projects.
The corporation now offers services from pre-construction, such as site clearing to complete ready to be use construction projects.
Since our success depends solely on the quality of service those we as a company render, Gustine Development Investment cc will make every effort to provide a excellent service that will exceed our customers’ expectations.Our objective is to develop a mutually beneficial, long-term relationship with all our customers. Gustine Development Investment are affiliated to industry related bodies and organizations like National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) , which demonstrate our commitment to the industry. In terms of Government regulations Gustine Development Investment cc are also registered for VAT, UIF and Occupational Health & Safety
We embarked on a process whereby we actively educate, train and develop PDI’s various levels in our different business divisions. Currently the shareholding in Gustine Development Investment cc is 100% Black African Owned. Gustine Development Investment cc is recent registered by Emex Trust and we strive to comply and maintain a level 3 contributor.
